Effective 1st July 2025 – 31st December 2025
All pricing listed is valid for engagements booked and paid within the date range above, unless otherwise specified in writing.

1. Scope of Pricing
Prices shown apply only to the standard inclusions listed under each service or item. Any variation, additional work, or out-of-scope request may incur further charges, which will be quoted and approved prior to commencement.

2. Fixed Fee Structure
All services are offered on a fixed-fee basis unless explicitly marked as "per quote" or "custom pricing." Prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to service commencement, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Late payment may result in delays or cancellation of service.

4. Validity and Adjustments
This price list is accurate as of 1st July 2025 and remains in effect until 31st December 2025. WTJ reserves the right to update or amend pricing, inclusions, or terms at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect services already paid and confirmed.

5. Availability of Services
All services are subject to availability. Scheduling will be confirmed upon payment and booking. WTJ reserves the right to decline or reschedule services where capacity or suitability is limited.

6. Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels a booked service, a refund may be offered only where no work has commenced and where WTJ has not incurred time, travel, or administrative costs. Where applicable, a cancellation fee may be charged.
